OUTPUT MODIFICATIONS
We offer a
multitude of output options especially designed for Producer, DJ or
Audiophile who desires more flexibility in equipment
integration.
These include:
1.
Phono Level to Line Level Conversion - $30
/ $60 / $100
We can convert the high sensitivity Phono
level output of a
normal
turntable to a Line level signal which will work on CD/LINE channels of
any mixer. This will also allow you to connect your Technics
1200/1210 directly into a computer sound card, or a Mini Bookshelf
Stereo system with an "Aux" input. We stock 2
basic Phone Pre Amps and can order more depending on your specific
needs. Options such as USB outputs as well as RCA outputs can be
ordered.
2. Analog Audio to Digital Audio Convertor - $80
Turn
analog audio signal to a digital audio data stream. Input is RCA and
Output
is either Coaxial (RF), or Toslink. 6v Power adaptor included!
3.
Phono Breakout Box w/ Female RCA Connectors - $50
We
can attach a box underneath your Turntable
which will allow you to attach any set
of regular RCA cords. This is really cool and means you can choose
which cords you use. They will
not be hanging from your turntable, and when they do short out, or
become damaged, then its a snap to replace. We also supply RCA
wire cord sets with variying degrees of durability and performance.
4. RCA to any other Output Connector - $40 + parts
The
standard signal connector is terminated with RCA Male wire ends. We can
convert those to anything you desire

• INTERNAL TONEARM DAMPING INSULATION

is a Popular Service for NiteClub and Heavy Sound Reinforcement
Applications
which require additional Vibration Isolation Measures due to Extreme
Low
Frequency Playback . In these Demanding Applications, Ultra-Low
Frequencies
resonate back through the Turntable Chassis and get Re-Amplified by the
Cartridge
and Tonearm, thereby causing LoudSpeaker Rumble in the region below
30hz.
This Amplification Loop is extremely difficult to troubleshoot, even
for
the trained professional, and the result is usually detenuation of
Sound
Pressure Levels in order to eliminate the situation. Since most High
SPL
applications require good clean loud undistorted sound, this action is
very
undesirable. We developed this system to create a solution to even the
most
difficult of Reverberation Problems you may face in your Niteclub, Bar,
or
Public Address System. This system is also a popular service for the
home studio, or living room concert hall as
the damping
action is eliminating the low frequency "arm - cartridge " resonance
which

High Quality Audiophile
Turntables use a system in which a paddle attached to the Pickup
Assembly (Tonearm) is immersed in a special Damping Fluid.
The paddle rides in a high viscosity Silicone Fluid; controlling
sudden
movements of the Tonearm. It also helps suppress sound vibration within
the
Tonearm tube. The tonearm handles much better under manual cueing. The
needle
tracks warps without ever leaving the surface, even at elevated RPM's.
Many
repeat skips will now continue unabridged.
In use, the damping is eliminating the low frequency "arm
-
cartridge " resonance. This lets the arm mate with a wider array of
cartridges
while providing consistent bass performance.
DJ's take note that Fluid Damping will improve performance during back
scratching
and is is a kinder gentler approach to this technique than underhung
straight
tonearms which cause undue record wear and produce large amounts of THD
(Harmonic Distortion).
The fluid is exposed so it is best used in studio set ups. Sonically,
