We offer Replacement Parts, Repair, Reconditioning, and Custom
Modifications
for both Digital CD Turntables as well as Dual CD Systems.
All work is done
reasonably, professionally and with
attention to
detail.
We never charge you for diagnosis as some
other shops do.
They call it a "bench fee" or "tech fee" and it is usually $60 -
$80 for them to tell you
what the problem is after you have just told them what the
problem is.....
This fee usually does not even go toward the repair of the
problem you told them about.
This makes no sense whatsoever.

We open up the unit and
thoroughly blow out all of the accumulated dirt and debris...
SECOND >
We clean the
PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) using a chemical cleaner
THIRD >
We dissassemble the laser lens
assembly
and professionally clean the laser lens
using factory PIONEER cleaner and cleaning cloths.
FOURTH >
We lubricate the lens drive motor as
well as the CD insert / eject mechanism
using factory PIONEER supplied lubricants.
FIFTH >
We clean out all control
switches and rotary variable resistors
We replace the two heavily used
switches
(Play/Pause & Cue) using new factory parts
Sixth >
We recalibrate the Tempo (Pitch)
to factory recommended setting
SEVENTH >
We clean and deoxidize all RCA signal
outputs - Analog & Digital
EIGHTH >
We reassemble the unit and thoroughly
test each function via factory SERVICE mode
checking the following areas :
• Checking & Updating software for MAIN / SUB /
